Kia ora , my name is Jan. I graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education in 2011 and have been teaching at Olive Shoots since 2012. I believe children are a treasure from the Lord and teaching is a blessing. I want to make a positive difference in children’s lives and it gives me joy to help them grow in their faith and love for Jesus. I am married with 3 children- 2 have flown the nest and the 3rd is still at home. I enjoy gardening, music, and spending time at the beach. I am a proud kiwi but also love my second home Texas, where I have family and many friends.
